HELP!!! HED Jet6 used vs Sram S60 new w/warrenty
Hey everyone, I've come to trust the experience of the BF forums and I would love to get an opinion on 2 wheel options
1. Used HED Jet 6 (non FR) 1K miles and have been raced for a season - $900.00
vs
2. New Sram S60 with warranty - $1,100.00
Is it safe to buy raced Carbon Clinchers vs new ones with warranties for a bit more?

17lbs carbon bianchi.....I'm 5'9" 158lbs....used for flat time trial style zone 3/4 training and sprints. I am mainly a TT/Sprinter type and I currently ride 1900g Fulcrum 7's which suck for sprinting pretty hard. At 180rpm they feel like aerodyne resistance stationary trainers.

Not sure of SRAM's rim width but the HEDs are a bit wider than normal clinchers.
I went to all HEDs last year because the tubulars (wider than even the clinchers) forced me to actually unclamp the cable to the brake. Now I can use a barrel adjuster when I go between the tubulars and clinchers.

The HEDs aren't carbon clinchers. They're an aluminum wheel with a carbon fairing bonded to them. The actual structure of the HEDs comes from the C2 rim.
