Article from Monday on Sram Red wireless launch. Big improvement over wired systems (frame compatibility, aesthetics, installation but I'm sure it will be very expensive initially.

I hope it will prove to be good. That would bring them back into the game, and the more competition there is, the better. I hope FSA will prove to be good as well.

It looks like the only potential downside is price. But SRAM has a history of reasonableness

So realistically, you would only have to change out the FD & RD and your shifters - hope its not $2K~

need to offer a crank driven recharging system with switch for turning yours on while descending and your buddy's (surreptitiously) before ascending.
