Not cracks but my FSA cranks had the same ultimate problem ... pedal loose. In my case the sleeve separated from the carbon. LBS got me another crank (Gossamer - not what I had) pretty cheap.

I love the Gore cables. Much better shifting performance with my SRAM Red (lighter touch). Wouldn't go back to standard cables again.

I've had an Ionos since they came out and now...

I've had an Ionos since they came out and now have both a new Ionos and a Prol Light. Have to admit I like the Pro Light better. Feels lighter (obviously) though the fit takes some getting used to....

I've had Zero Gs for 4 years now and really like them. Run DA on my other bike and the difference is small. Make sure you use the right pads and keep them adjusted (that goes for all brakes).

It is still all about calories in versus calories out. You'll be surprised at how few calories you burn while cycling and how quickly you can ingest more than you burned in a post ride pigout.
