Delaware Valley rides

You can hook up with the bicycle club of philadelphia or the delaware valley bike club. They both run rides in the area several times per week at various levels.

Pain is on the outside of the right leg about 2 inches below the level of the knee. From the answers on this forum and reading this weekend, it does sound like the IT band.
