Bottom bracket

I found just the right frame, but it has a cheap tourney cartridge bottom bracket. I want to upgrade it to a 105 group set. Can I replace the bottom bracket with a 105 threaded bottom bracket?

Raises money for the families of Emergency Medical workers killed in the line of duty. A 5 day ride in May. Covers a couple of states and ends in Washington DC.
