It is a Trek Navigator 3. The rim reads Camino Bontrager and the hub reads Shimano Paralex. The bike is 3 years old and has never been tuned up. Of course it just recently started getting used.

Fluids are good. I drink nothing but water and I drink a bunch of it. Always have. I am going to up my caloric intake to about 1500 calories and see what that does. Thanks for all the relies.
