I think the posters who are recommending sizes should also mention their ages. If the OP is in his early 20's, then they may fit different than a guy in his late 30's... If you know what I mean.

It's up to you and what you think rides best. I like my allez elite... it's a good starter bike for sure. In hindsight, if I had the choice, I would go for the Bianchi because of the name's sake.

On average 30 miles. I don't ride as often as I'd like. That's on a road bike. Sometimes I do a 20/20/20 in 3 days. Mostly for "training" not leisure.
