I agree, RC Lipo has the most potential for a dramatic release of energy compared to lower power cells when things go...

They are the same cell format, laptops and power tools both use 18650's ... and yes, i've capacity tested lots of various brands, new and used, salvaged from laptop and power tool packs... laptop...
