I have tried to find some answers. but no luck.

The kona smoke 2-9 has found her new master....
She's well taken care of....
lately I notice, that there's nothing new with folding bike design.
since around 4-5 years ago, I have had 3 types of dahon. 20" and 16" wheels. one taiwanese 16" by the brand of hasa.
and I see...
you worry too much!
you should come here to jakarta, and have a look at my steel bikes.
among others: a 1980 sovyet roadbike. quite abused in the rain. still good. considering that humidity level...
just want to share.
after quite sometime, only riding on asphalt, commuting on a hybrid and foldingbike, I've found a new joy in a surly karate monkey rigid.
before that, I thought I...
In my opinion, dahon company is disgracing herself by 'copying' brompton.
Curve sL, igh 8sp or 9sp capreo is a better 'working' bike.
Yet brompton still holds its mystique. The appeal is because...
I loooove my 700x57 front and 700x52 rear..
I would love to make a 16" cargobike (front loader) that can be separated like the cetma. so it can be easily transported in the taxi trunk.
anyone done it already?
What's the point to take the bike into the cabin? Too precious, too expensive to let go in the bagage?
Let us get back on track:
The topic here is:
Carry on! Cabin!
If I were bearded, had an arabic name, you guys think I can carry my brompton on board? In the cabin? In the overhead compartment?...
I am done with the cantis on my diamondback 96.
A pain in the ass to adjust.
Now I switch to....
Adjusted just like v-brake..
Now I don't have to swear..

not many options here in jakarta and bogor, indonesia.
when it rains, yes, it is wet. it's the tropics, right??
my only options are big apples, and kenda kwest (almost like kojaks) and cst chen...
if, and only if, bromptons are made in china, then maybe, and just maybe, the price will be like 400-500 dollars....
How small does it fold?
It folds, doesn't it?
a doctor once assured me, I will be better than motorbikers standing still in traffic (or a person standing doing nothing) where the air is polluted.

Honestly, with the $900 tag, I'd rather buy a used brompton.
I still love my hasa f2, though..
Since three years ago, I had to ride a folder, because I think 30miles is a bit hard, so I take the bus/train.
I don't have a car nor a motorcycle, so the folder is my best friend.
I want to know who is using their kona smoke 2-9 as an offroader?
I have searched, but mostly are negative opinions, saying that the smoke is a commuter, cannot withstand abuse blablabla. ...
Mockba is ciryllic for moskwa? Russian uh?

@jeff sg : no, not 5 days a week. just one or two days. and I have the option to take the bus home. removing the wheels to fit the luggage compartment underneath.
@enigma : definitely not a world...
Allow me to share this with you all.
Since moving away from the capital city, jakarta, to bogor, some 32miles south, I have felt comfortable to ride my 16" folder 3miles to the railstation.
I just made a kona smoke 2-9 from 3x8 into 1x8.
Nice to know an indonesian abroad, who loves to ride bikes.
Let us indonesians here in indonesia hear more stories from you. Are you planning to bikecommute? Or just leisurely do...
