Please take a look at the attached picture where my bike frame broke (I am not going into the details of how this happened). Is this covered by the warranty? How do I go about getting this fixed? Will I need to buy a new frame?

The details of what you were doing to break your frame are important to knowing weather or not that is covered under the warranty.

What ever you did, musta been pretty hardcore. I am surprised your fork didn't break first.

Sorry, it's not covered by the warranty. The good news is that you should be able to repair it with some duct tape!

that's the head tube... and it's pretty obvious how it broke... bike was attached to car, someone forgot they were going into the garage..... obviously not a designer defect lol

There is nothing you can do while riding to break a bike in this manner. Cervelo won't buy it.

If you bought it from an authorized Cervelo dealer, talk to them. They may be able to get you an adjustment on a new frame, but probably not a free replacement. If you bought from anyplace but an authorized Cervelo dealer, there is no Cervelo warranty.

Stop trying to cheat Cervelo. Buy a new frame.

First of all, you need to provide more information as to what happened. That kind of damage pretty much never happens, so either you did something EXTREMELY ridiculous and got yourself into loads of injury (or not; there are freak cases), or the damage was deliberate.
