Can I raise my Head tube on a Specialized Hard Rock
I notice that when I ride I really put a lot of pressure on my wrist/palms I think my Head Tube/ Bars are TOO low.
Is this something I can adjust on should I let The guys at the Bike Barn check my fit when I bring it in for its ! month tune up?

The first thing to establish is proper saddle position for you. There are several strategies to this, I am sure a search will turn up plenty of useful info. Only then can proper handlebar position be assessed.

Today was the first day I got her dirty.
The wife and I went 7.4 mile puttering around the San Jacinto Monument and found some cool trails
WAY more fun than orbiting the neighborhood

The Saddle position feels good Legs near 90* on upstroke just bent on down stroke. In fact my whole body feels great (except for the Lungs due to Asthma) just palm pressure

FWIW, a well-respected member of ourBikeForums MTB community is giving these a try right now, bucking the trend toward flatter and flatter riser bars:

I had a Hard Rock that was always uncomfortable. Same thing, it felt like the bars were to low. I replaced the frame with a Nashbar frame with a shorter top tube. That bike is comfortable all day even thought the bars are the same height above the seat.

It's possible that your seat may be too far forward, causing your body to balance forward. Try moving it back (and down a bit to make up for the increase saddle to pedal from moving it back)

I rechecked my Saddle (I had put on a Cloud 9) I had it too Far BACK and that was causing arm lockout, I scooted it forward some and pitched the nose up a hair (it was sliding me off when I pedaled hard) we will see how that helps
