Just finished upgraded my Hybrid

SLX triple 48 36 26 replaced the FSA A drive, the SLX crankset weights 935 grams with the BB, the FSA weights 1300 grams with it's square taper BB, a lb saving right there. XO Red Wing 3x9 speed shifters, XO Red Wing 9 speed rear derailleur, SLX front derailleur, ( stock were X7) SLX 11-28 9 speed cassette, and HG 73 chain( stock were Suntour 11-32 and KMC chain ), XO brake levels and calipers replaced the Juicy 3, I will replace the disc rotor to 180mm. Thomson setback and Fizik saddle. Bike now weights 22lb with pedal.

Sweet looking bike you have there. I'm sure it's an awesome ride with all of the upgrades.

Other than 4lb of weight lost( I changed the tires from 28mm stock to 25mm victtoria pro), the XO shifters are more snappier, I didn't notice any other differences, sometimes it made me wondering, why people spent all these money on bicycles..........
