Need advice
Im truly not a bike mechanic but I'm trying to replace the bearing cartridges for rear suspension on my Giant Reign. I'm having trouble removing the air shock from my frame, seems the bottom bolt will not budge. I've removed the nut but it just spins and seems that it should just tap out but It won't budge. Any advice?

Bolt should tap out with a soft-faced hammer or plastic mallet. Make sure the rear suspension is totally unweighted (in a stand or hanging). If this task is daunting, you may want to rethink DIY on the rest of your Maestro setup, as all of the pivot bearings need to be pressed out/pressed in to replace - - which you can do if you are handy with tools and can improvise bearing presses with bolts, clamps and various-size sockets (or short pieces of tubing). But if you are not, you may want your Giant dealer to do it for you.
There is a pretty good look at pulling down the '05-'07 Reign/Trance pivots out on YouTube:
