Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

It has to be bikeisland and jensenusa for me. I usually go to bikeisland first and jensenusa after if bikeisland doesnt have what I need. If it's something more fixed gear/ track oriented I go to ben's cycle.

performance acquired nashbar, so yeah... they have the best prices on stuff but it's a very limited and pretty low-end selection.

i'd just buy from universal cycles but that's because i like their selection and once in a while they have a few great deals.

Tree Fort matches Performance, or at least their front page indicates that. They also support a lot of the grass roots bicycle events around my Home Town. Their Shop is pretty cool and the staff is knowledgeable.

Their website isn't very good, but for straight low pricing and vast selection (entire QBP catalog??) Niagra Cycle Works is pretty difficult to beat.

I picked up a set of Basil Kavan II panniers a couple weeks back for $88 shipped from Niagra Cycle The next cheapest price I could find was $158 shipped. They were obviously clearing out inventory, as they're up to $172 at Niagra now, but they do have pretty consistent low prices with some great deals on certain sizes/colors.
