Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I’m helping a friend liquidate his track gear. Everything here was brand new in 2005 and used less than half a season. It’s been gathering dust since, so it’s time to move it along. Photos are available.

BT Bicycle Technologies Australia Sprint frameset, 55 cm top tube, 66 cm seat mast. Extras include Campagnolo Record headset , Campagnolo titanium (cut to 130mm length) seatpost, and BT aluminum stem; Pearl white. In excellent condition with one or two small paint chips. Never crashed. $3700

Mavic iO front wheel, TUFO S3 Lite <195 mounted. Custom pearl white Mavic decals. Like new condition. Padded Mavic wheel bag included. $2500

Mavic Comete rear wheel, TUFO S3 Lite <215 mounted. Custom pearl white Mavic decals. Excellent condition, with one small ding due to chainstay rub. Padded Mavic wheel bag included. $1300

Campagnolo Pista wheelset, TUFO S3 Lite <215s mounted. Excellent condition. Padded Campagnolo wheel bags included. $500

SRM Professional power meter. 165mm track-specific version with light grey PCV. This is the wired version, square taper. In excellent condition with one oddity: Non-drive crankarm had polish work started but not completed. Unit comes complete in original box with all accessories and extra head mount. $1600

Campagnolo Record Pista bottom bracket. 102mm spindle, English threads, excellent condition. $75

Shimano Dura-Ace track chainrings: 45, 49, 50, 51 available. 1/8-inch. Excellent condition. $80 each

Shimano Dura-Ace cogs: 14, 15, 15, 16 available. 1/8-inch. Excellent condition. $15 each

Izumi ESH chain, NJS, gold/black, 1/8-inch. Good condition. $25

Deda Velocita chro-moly sprint bar. Chrome with white Soma track grips. Like new. $75

Thomson Elite X4 stem 100mm, 10°, silver. Like new. $65

Vision Tri-Max aerobars, aluminum, deep drop, 40 x 270, black. Very good condition with a few minor paint chips. Pads are perfect. $150

Fizik Arione saddle, white w/chrome stripe, Ti rails. Excellent condition. $60

EAI Keirin Tote deluxe track bag; Cog, chainring, tool organizer. Very good condition. $40

amazing fixed gear bike for little kids ... 10 inch wheels! - $25 (Mt. Tabor)

Hi there,

I have a very unusual kids' bike to sell. It's a fixed wheel bike for small kids. My son used it when he was 3 and 4 years old. It was the first bike he used after his balance bike -- he never had training wheels.

This bike features 10" (roughly) wheels with solid, yet forgiving, foam tires. No flats or pumping, ever! The stickers say "Jr. Pro" and "No Brake". It has a very full chain guard.

Its condition is used, but 100% functional. Your kid can ride it today. But you might want to give it a little love with some oil on the chain, armor all for shininess, and if you're really into it, some grease in the headset. But really it's so mechanically simple, and kids are so light, that you might not need to do any of that stuff.

The price is $25 cash, firm. Please phone me at the number below if you are interested. Thanks!
One badass kid...but where is his foot retention?
