Not sure I can ride with the single brake just yet but eventually I will.

I don't like the levers either, but I can't move them near the fork, the bar is much thicker then the lever size.

Might just change the bar at some point.

Thanks

Considering the grief you already got over that frame, you are a brave man to post your bike here. Good luck...

I don't understand. Why am I such a brave man to post my bike here? This is the SS/FG forum right?

I need the top tube pad prevents any scratches or environmentally friendly impact to my frame. I like the riser bar because it's comfortable when riding on the streets.

Did you not read the title of this particular thread or know what it's for? It shouldn't be very hard to understand. You're going to get flamed because people already think your bike is dumb.

Yes and did you know that I posted here so I can get peoples opinion.

And what makes you think that my bike is "dumb"? That doesn't help explain what don't you like about my bike which the title of the thread says.

And are you supporting "www.retro-gression.com"? I hope no one buys from that site with customer service like yours.

How is him calling your bike dumb on an Internet forum indicative of his customer service?

You're a grade a dip stick, brody.

Because the thread states what don't you like about my bike and not to give negative criticism that my bike is dumb. That didn't help at all. I wouldn't want to deal with someone that has a negative attitude and perspective of my bike. Imagine hes working on your bike at the LBS and he tells you, this bike is dumb.

Yeah, I'm failing to see how there was an exchange of your money for his goods and services.

He helped. He doesn't like your bike because he thinks it's dumb. Customer served.

You realize the ENTIRE point of this thread is to have others look at your bike in a negative perspective?

All i wanted was a person to tell me "What don't you like about my bike?". I didn't need someone to call my bike dumb and get flamed.

Very first post of this thread states "I seem to recall seeing a thread like this a while ago, figured I'd revive the concept. Post pics of your bike, or tell people what you like/dislike about theirs. I'll start off."

I own Retrogression, and what does my posting on a forum have to do with "customer service"?

I'm not at the shop right now and don't give a single **** whether you buy anything from us or not. What are you going to do, leave us a bad review on Yelp because I made fun of the dented NJS frame you paid too much money for?

Customer service is not always about goods and services, its also about giving the right attitude and positive inputs unless it is necessary to say something negative.

Sometimes what you say outside the work field still affects the company inside. I work at a company during the day but that doesn't mean I should go around saying **** you to everyone after work and expect the same respect from everyone to still come to my store, buy my stuff and get the same respect.

The risers with the negative rise stem is pointless and looks bad. The pad looks bad whether you feel like you need it or not.

Thanks

Do you know what degrees is preferred? I'm trying to find a straight stem for a while.
