spacer on rear wheel Broke? help!
hey i just broke something while tightening the bolt on my rear track wheel. Here is a pic of it...please help me identify what part this is and where i could buy a replacement. thanks alot!

couldnt tell you what it is but just bring the pieces into any half decent bike shop and theyll help you out. sometimes for some of those nuts and bolts, they will just hand you one for free if its out of a used parts bin

i hope your bike shop is better than the ones around here. i ended up ordering it online from ben's for wayyyy too much.

Go to your local family owned bike store. They'll most likely hook you up for free if they get it from a parts bin as said above or for a dollar or 2.
I remember one of these places when I was still going to ucb!

Try going to the local co-op or bike shop. I actually couldn't find a match in the parts bin at the co-op at first but later a shop hooked one up for free. Kind of bugs me that it's not a perfect match still but it works.
