Where to buy single speed wheelset for cheap?

I need to replace the stock wheelset from my Dawes SST Steel as I have many broken spokes and very untrue rims.

Where's the cheapest place to get a set? I don't need fancy, I just need to get my bike back in working order.

These:

They work great for me and are fairly lightweight.....especially in that price range.
