My LBS had one. It is technically fixed frame, and came fixed, they made it with an eccentric bb. I'd probably just take it and run it as a 1x6 though

57cm KHS Flite 100 Track Frame and Fork
I found this beautiful deal the other day. I'm currently amassing the needed cash to buy it with the headset and seatpost

I've found this, which I'm considering...I did a search, and a decent amount of people have said the Scrambler frames are decent, would this be a good first bike for someone who just can't swing the extra $150 for a kilo tt pro or even the extra $100 for a kilo tt?

Good starter bike, but I wouldn't pay over $200 for it. Also, no brakes and no foot retention is not safe.

I figured I'd have to factor in pedals and a brake set into my budget. I'll see if the guy would bite at $200. Thanks!

Aaaaand never mind...the guy won't take under $300 and won't deliver to my town (I'm lacking in a drivers license, and don't have a good way to get a two towns over.)

I think I found a 1981 Campione Del Monde per the 1981 Bianchi catalog. Seller won't respond.

A run of the mill over priced Pista CL offering... nothing out of the ordinary but the advert got a giggle out of me.

Bianchi Pista Track Bike - Chrome

Especially with the decal that crooked.

That is a Giant frame though, right? I feel like it might be, or I am just completely off.

Completely agree. Actually, I hate bullhorns and anything chopped at all. But thought it was a nice lugged frame and a decent build for the price...
