Try David Cheakas; he's a BF member and owner of Southwest Frameworks in North Dallas. He really knows his vintage stuff. If he doesn't have the time to do it I bet he'll be able tell you who to go to.

Jack at RBM main shop, or any of the techs at RBM Frisco.
Do you have the parts or do you need whoever is building them to order?

This gentleman is highly, highly recommended. Give him a call and tell him what you need. He can do it. Might not be the cheapest, but I think he's one of the best. Forget them little Parks Tool machines for building stuff, this guy knows what he's doing and has been at it a long time. And it is all he builds.

You might also enjoy an afternoon in Granbury, and I'm not a shill and don't live there.

For vintage stuff, you might also try https://www.peterwhitecycles.com/

He did have a stack of 126mm hubs also.
