Injury During 12 week Training Program
Hello All,
I was five weeks into a 12 week training program, Chris Carmichael's Time Crunched Cyclist Training Program to be exact, when I was hit with an injury that looks like it will keep me off the bike for two weeks. I'm not sure if I should scrap the program and start over, or pick up where I left off like nothing happened. Any advice?

I don't know the details of the program but given that it doesn't include much, if any, base training and relies on intensity you should be able to pick up where you left off. You should re-test your FTP (or the Carmichael equivalent) for setting your workout intensity.

If you have a goal event that you are training for, pick up where you left off.
If you don't have a goal event, you could start from a bit earlier, say week 2 or 3. Either way you will want to ease back into riding.
