Ugh out of time and can't figure out the nausea!

So, I've got a 206 mile race in two weeks (LOTOJA) and still can't get my nausea problem fixed. Every long training ride I start getting sick around 4 hours in and it just gets worse and worse. Yesterday into the 6th hour I started puking and that has never happened in my 47 years of living. Can't believe it is exertion since my HR was in 120-130 range when it started happening and my legs felt fresh. Had done about 105 miles by then with over 7000 Ft of climbing. So, well short of finishing the race if this happens again. And have to start tapering for the race now so no more long rides to figure this out.

Seems like this happens no matter what I eat/drink and has been going on since last year. Even if just a flat course, cool temps, whatever.

Anyone have any idea what gives or a magical solution? Just can't see making it another 90 miles (that will likely be very windy) if I can't get any food in much less water.

Have you sought medical advice? Sounds as if that's what you need.

Are you replenishing your electrolytes sufficiently? Taking s-caps (my favorite) or endurolytes?

Time to see a Doc. Is there a sports clinic in your area?

I did a google search and it looks like overhydration is a common cause of vomiting during a workout. Are you taking in a lot of fluids at once or do you sip slowly?
