I'm not sure I understand what the issue is with the other wheels, but regardless...

If you are thinking about going with a powermeter (whether it is Quarq, Vector, Powertap, or whatever), most of them are ANT+ compatible now, so I would simply search for an ANT+ computer. The Edge 705 is one, but I think there are cheaper alternatives out there (I think Trek/Bontrager) - and I think any ANT+ computer can display power, although storing it and loading it to a computer may not be an option with the cheaper options.
