You, my friend, have a good eye for detail. That fork is a replacement fork, and is a Colnago fork.

I have since found an original Ciocc fork in the proper size, but I never installed it. The Colnago fork is in better shape, and has the exact same bend profile when compared side to side with the Ciocc one. And before anyone asks - NO, the Ciocc fork is not for sale.
