uber cheap CL find. the ad had poor picture, so i was hoping for a bit less rust...
any recommendations (keep in mind i have minimal bike fixer-upper tools)? i'm thinking i'll at least take the top tube decal off... though the clear coat is coming off with it.

can anyone ID? mid 80s, but cannot find it in the catalogs.
