The bike has a couple nicks and scratches, but nothing major
at all. It really is in amazing shape for it's age.

The lightest Reynolds 531 bikes were about 21 lbs. Add a pound for that saddle, and the tires look 28ish and that's how I came up for the range. Great looking bike, btw, it looks in incredible shape
