I use a pair of Smith Knowledge OTG goggles with clear lenses. I don't have much a problem with fogging (and there are various anti-fogging compounds out there). I do carry a bandana in my pocket for wiping off droplets that collect on the outer surface of the goggles (at stop lights, etc).

I have had no problems in the rain with this setup.
