I have the Forte wheelset along with the "lunar light" tubes they have. The wheelset is really nice for the $150 I spent on them. Better and lighter than my stock CAAD9 wheels. The freehub has more friction that I would like, but they are decent. I also own a Forte stem on my mountain bike. It works well and is lightweight. I had it slip on the fork once when I took a fall on my mountain bike, but I think that was either because the impact was pretty hard or it just wasn't tight enough (one of the screws is kind of stripped).

Other Forte products I own
seatpost collar
GT2 700x25 tires
GT2 Kevlar 700x28 tires
Forte tubes (normal ones)

My girlfriend rides on the GT2 25c tires and they work fine. They look like they have worn down quicker than most tires, but they still look good. I use the GT2 Kevlar on my commuter bikes and they are great for the price.
