Try lubricating the pulleys again?
What are you using for chain lube? And how often?
Have the pedal bearings been greased?
Does the noise continue while pedaling in the standing position?
Your 9-speed D-A rear derailleur will work on a 10-speed Shimano drive train if the cage is long enough. It should work with a double crankset but probably not with triple due to the limited chain wrap capacity.
