If you purchase colored wheels that have your original spoke count and double wall thickness, you will probably not be able to tell the difference and you would not lose any durability.

I do believe that deep V wheels will actually be stronger than your original wheels but will also be a little more rigid. You probably wont be able to tell as your tire size is rather large 700 1.95".
