I am looking at doing a self supported tour here in the next few months and I am wondering how much food, and water should one carry? I am looking at going to a state park about 60 miles from where I live, spend the night and back the next day. The route I am looking at taking does not go through any towns, so getting supplies at the last moment are pretty well out of the question.
