I still think Basil's advice is good. You can't know that you've reached your full height--I was 5'7" from age 12 to 15, then grew to 6'4" by my 18th birthday. Even if your parents have the money, I think you'd be well served by riding at least another season so you have a better idea of what you need or want and whether your interest will hold. You may have an entirely different set of priorities in a year.
Also, don't neglect school for your riding. You're not likely to make a living from cycling, and there are some pretty obvious spelling and other errors in your posts. It may not matter when you're texting friends, but you'll be judged by that in the real world.
