I am six inches taller now compared to my height at 15, so don't assume that you're fully grown.

Good Al is better than crappy carbon, but good carbon is better than good Al. You do have to pay for it, however.

Head to a reputable bike shop and get fitted. Don't be surprised if you need a bigger frame in 2-3 years.
