$650 for that Trek is high. Consider that for another $120 you can buy a 27 speed brand new brand name LBS bike with warranty and fitted to your build. I don't care how much he rode it, that's too high. I just picked up two brifter bikes a Bianchi with full Campy and a Cannondale combined for much less than the $625 this dude wants for the Trek. If I paid $500 for that bike it would be because it's pristine and it's the model/color I've been looking for. Realisticly, that's about a $450 bike at best just like Junk Yard Bike said it was. If he really has a buyer at $625, then maybe you should let someone else overpay.
Keep in mind "Someone interested at $625" could be someone who looked at the bike, heard the price and ran. I'll bet the bike is still available next week.
