do you have a lot of hit and runs in your area?
i'm really troubled by this. in new york there are hit and run reports on the news almost every night. there are signs around my neigborhod saying things like 'a pedestrian was struck and killed, if you have any information...' is this happening in your area of the country as well?? i cannot believe how sick and wrong this is and it seems to be happening more often.
