1" Threaded headset suggestion

So I need a 1" headset(english thread, stack height under 40mm), preferably sealed. Right now I am looking at a Stronglight Delta or a Stronglight JDX. My budget is around 50$ or so.

So any suggestions???

Or does anyone have one they would wish to sell me?

Oh, I'm also in need of a 26.4mm seatpost, if anyone has one they would like to get rid of.
