The last few orders I have made from Ribble seem to have dispensed with the flat 20GBP shipping rate. The shipping costs are now calculated automatically when you place the order. The costs for my orders were in the $5-15 range, so ordering from Ribble is often cheaper than ordering from the places which offer free shipping. I don't know if this was a limited time winter sale thing, but it seemed to start when they changed their web site, so it will probably be the norm for now.
