Bikes: 2014 Trek Domane 5.2, 1985 Pinarello Treviso, 1990 Gardin Shred, 2006 Bianchi San Jose

Veloce/Centaur/Athena is fine; I wouldn't feel the need to go higher unless you get a really good deal. The differences are primarily in weight and finish.
