I think the arms are a little too straight... as waterrockets said, don't lock the elbows... keep them relaxed, as well as your shoulders. If you can't comfortably steer or ride in general without keeping your arms as straight as they appear in the video, I think that is a problem.

Also, the camera man seems to be breathing quite heavily
