Critique My Fit. w/ video
i know i know, its impossible to tell about someones fit online, but w/e give it a shot. if you don't want to, feel free to crack jokes.
the bike is a 56cm with a 56cm tt and 73 degree sta and hta. i've been riding it for about 2500 miles and havent felt uncomfortable. i recently took a month long hiatus and my stomach grew so i flipped the stem up until i lose a few lbs as its annoying to hit it with my knees in the drops, previously i was comfortable in the drops with the stem facing "the right way" for long periods of time. I'm currently on the hunt for a new frame set, and while this feels comfortable to me i don't want to look for a new frame with the same dimensions, if its not the best size for me.
some more info. on the hoods, if i look down, the bars block the hub on the wheel. KOPS is pretty much spot on with the knee cap over the pedal spindle.
thanks bf'ers.

Making a kilometer blurry
Looks pretty good to me, especially if it feels ok. Don't lock your elbows, keep them supple.
If you feel you'd be too low with bent elbows, then it might be time to consider permanently raising the bars a bit.

I think the arms are a little too straight... as waterrockets said, don't lock the elbows... keep them relaxed, as well as your shoulders. If you can't comfortably steer or ride in general without keeping your arms as straight as they appear in the video, I think that is a problem.
Also, the camera man seems to be breathing quite heavily

thanks guys, i usually pretty good about keeping my arms slightly bent. maybe the video doesnt show it well, or maybe they were locked and i didnt realize. its not about being too low though, as i usually feel more comfortable in the drops than on the hoods.
as for the breathing, we just finished a ride after a slacking for weeks.
coasting, if it wasnt for cycling, i'd be right back in the clyde forum. i have an uncontrollable appetite and horrible will power. i slacked off on my riding for about 3-4 weeks and gained 10 lbs. i love this sport!
