On-road or off?

The jail brake MTB lever has pretty bad build quality but it works. The actual brake itself is very good and the pads are, too. Cables included, good deal. I did my whole MTB SS with a set for the cost of a pair of salmon pads from the LBS.

I'd like to hear about the road variety.
