I do a once a week 3-4 hour ride on my Tacx Fortius virtual trainer (usually mountain rides) and usually with a football game on my second TV.

I have done the Spinervals Harcore Hundred a few times (5 1/2 hours).

There is no other way to maintain aerobic endurance in the Wisconsin winters. I could never do this to with just movies or music though.
