I've used those citrus cleaning wipes that they sell in car parts stores or the automotive section of discount stores. You have to find one that doesn't leave a residue, though. The brand name ones like "Armor All" seem to work best for not leaving a residue. Anyway wipe the bike with the cleaning wipe and then "polish" dry with a soft cloth.
