Here are a couple crummy pictures of my Trek Soho. First, a flash photo that overemphasizes the reflective surfaces:

Main differences from the stock setup are these:
* I replaced the awful grips with Bontrager Satellite Plus, half the price of the Ergon grips. I also picked up a pair of Cane Creek ergonomic bar ends on CL.
* speedometer and lights up front, one to see and one to be seen. two rear lights, one on the seat post and one on the back of the basket.
* I use both the supplied thermos and a standard water bottle. My lunch (usually leftover casserole) goes in the former.
* instead of a saddle bag hanging from the seat I place it on top of the rods connecting the rear rack.
