I think many of the original components have been replaced.

I agree with Pastor Bob that the chrome plated head lugs, fork crown, and F/R fork ends tend to indicate it's a '73 World Voyaguer. The red paint and remnant of a late seventies/early eighties down tube decal are puzzling, but could have been done by an owner.

What does the head badge look like? The '73 World Voyageur head badge didn't say "Schwinn" on it. Instead, it had a red map of the western hemisphere with the word "WORLD" across it.
