On the site they recommend the black, blue, and yellow insoles so check to see which one matches your arch height best since that varies with each insole. I have the blue and like it but if you want more cushioning in the forefoot the green might work well for you. Also make sure that your shoes aren't too tight even the summer shoes because your feet swell when you ride so something too constricting isn't good, and if the shoes are tight in the toe box you'll start feeling uncomfortable.
