I usually don't. If I'm going straight and I'm at the front of the line, I take the right-most through lane. If it's also the right turn lane, I'll creep up and to the left and wave cars through to make the right turn, but only if they bother to use their blinkers. If I'm not at the front, I almost always line up behind a car and wait my turn like the rest of the vehicles.
