Normally I laugh when I watch the news and hear about how 2" to 6" of snow has caused DC to come to a grinding halt... 2 feet of snow now that is some REAL snow fall. Good luck to all of you out there. We may just shrug off 2 feet of snow in the Buffalo area, but we have LOADS of snow plows as we have to deal with it regularly. I hope you get a thaw to help melt some of if from the side steets. Otherwise I'd imaging that it will take well over a week to get some of those steets plowed. I live in the burbs and we see the plow every few hours during some serious snow, but I know parts of the inner city take a lot longer to get plowed. Stay warm and safe, but enjoy the beautify white stuff outside.
