The 12/12 Rule:
Curtails noobs with less than 12
hundred posts or 12 months membership, whichever comes first.
With good behavior limits can be reduced to 999 posts.
With exceptionally good behavior, modesty, truthfulness, respect, and substantive contributions, can be reduced to 6 hundred posts or 6 months.
