The 12/12 Rule:
Curtails noobs with less than 12 hundred posts or 12 months membership, whichever comes first.
With good behavior limits can be reduced to 999 posts.
With exceptionally good behavior, modesty, truthfulness, respect, and substantive contributions, can be reduced to 6 hundred posts or 6 months.

There is no point in any new thread, with 105,000 threads in Road Cycling alone I dare anyone to come up with a new thread. It's all been done before. Only thing is, it has to be done again or else this becomes a library not a forum, I think I'll go and build a new bike, or should I search on how to build a new bike, no maybe . . .
